As in past years, it is important to book your closing date as soon as possible so that we can adequately stock our trucks. This is particularly important when it comes to winter covers. It is also very important to be sure that your pool is not losing water as this can lead to major problems over the winter. This year I would ask you to test your total alkalinity in advance as many pools are extremely low as a result of excess chlorine & heat
Our Guaranteed professional closing service is as follows:
- Vacuum the pool and drop water level to winter level.
- Blow water from all lines with a 2 horsepower blower.
- Drain water under pressure from pump, filter and heater, removing all necessary plugs and the pressure switch.
- Check the chemistry and adjust water balance as required. (chemicals at additional charge if necessary)
- Install chlorine, algaecide, winter cover and water tubes.
